Seesaw – Terms of Use

1. About Seesaw

Seesaw helps people reflect, understand themselves, and understand each other through guided scenes, emotional insights, shared reports, and AI-powered interpretations. Seesaw is not a mental health service, and insights are not professional advice.

2. Eligibility

To use Seesaw, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region)
• Use your own Apple ID to sign in

Parents and guardians are responsible for minors who use the App.

3. Your Account

Seesaw uses Sign in with Apple to create and authenticate your account. By signing in:

• You confirm the Apple ID belongs to you
• You allow Seesaw to create a profile linked to that Apple ID
• You are responsible for securing your device and Apple account

If you lose access to your Apple ID, we cannot restore your Seesaw account.

4. What You Provide to Us (Your Content)

You may provide scene responses, emotional descriptions, preferences, or other inputs used to create your personal map or clone profile (“Your Content”).

You own Your Content. By using the App, you give Seesaw a license to:

• Store Your Content
• Use it to generate insights, reports, similarities, or interactions
• Display it inside Seesaw
• Improve our features, models, and product experience
• Allow you to share reports with someone if you choose

We do not sell your content or data.

5. What Seesaw Creates (Generated Content)

Seesaw may create AI-generated insights, personality maps, clone profiles, emotional summaries, similarity reports, or recommendations (“Generated Content”). Generated Content may not be accurate. It should be read as guidance and reflection — not absolute truth. You may use Generated Content personally or share it with someone you trust, but Seesaw retains rights to the algorithms and formats used to create it.

6. Not Therapy, Not Advice (Important)

Seesaw is NOT therapy, counselling, mental health advice, relationship advice, diagnosis, or a clinical tool. All insights are for reflection only. If you are dealing with emotional distress, mental health concerns, or relationship issues, please consult a licensed professional.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse or disrupt the App
• Upload harmful, abusive, or hateful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape Seesaw
• Use Seesaw to manipulate, harass, or harm someone
• Create fake accounts or interfere with security
• Use the App for commercial or competitive purposes without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Privacy

By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. In-App Purchases (If Enabled Later)

If Seesaw introduces paid sessions, insights, or subscriptions, Apple’s payment terms apply. Purchases through the App Store are handled by Apple, not Seesaw, and refunds follow Apple’s refund policy.

10. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. We are not liable if the app is temporarily unavailable, a feature is updated or discontinued, or data is lost due to device issues or technical errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seesaw is provided “as is”, without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of insights or outcomes and are not responsible for disagreements arising from Generated Content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the App (most users: ₹0 / $0). You use Seesaw at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination

You may delete the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where required for legal or safety reasons. Account deletion requests can be sent via email.

13. Intellectual Property

All Seesaw logos, designs, icons, UI, animations, text, and algorithms belong to Seesaw. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or commercially use the App or Generated Content without permission.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Continuing to use Seesaw means you accept the updated Terms.
